The Market Place.
This soup is made of pinches of bread put into a bowl. Meat (in this case mutton) and broth is poured over top and some herbs are added. It's extremely filling.
Garlic, chili paste and herbs are added to the soup as desired by the consumer.

This was a lunch time snack grabbed from a street stall. It is much like a filled crepe, but with more umph. Stuffed inside can be meat, or vegetables. It is very crispy, a bit greasy, and packed full with flavour.
