Hunan


 Stinky Tofu: blackened tofu, called such because it smells like garbage. It actually tastes much better, although, it is hard to get past the stench.

 Chicken cooked in green tea leaves. AMAZING! Very delicate tasting!
 Chicken. I am going to call it bony chicken. A lot of the chicken in China comes in tiny chunks with loads of bones. My partner called it "suicide chicken", because we almost chocked every time.
 Huge clams, out of shell, served with green onion and red chilis. The texture of the clams was more tough, and since they are larger, it was more chewy to eat.
