Hot Pot A Lot

This is something that I'd never seen in North America. It's kind of like Fondue, but a million times better for you as there is not cheese or oil to dip into - just hot, spiced water.
As we ordered one side spicy, and the other not, a divider was placed in the bowl. The bowl is then placed atop a flame and brought to a boil. You dip meat, noodles and vegetables into it to cook. Chopsticks and a spoon are available to help you fish out your tasty treats.

The meat is sliced very thinly. Seafood is also available.

Once the food is cooked you dip it into a peanut/ garlic sauce.
